Fourth German blackjack championship

84 blackjack players from Germany competed in the 4th Black Jack Championship on 9 August 2007. More than 30% of them were female players. The prizes included 13.400 Euro and some goodies worth 2.000 Euro. No wonder the championship was sold out.

The entire affair was organised by the Spielbank Stuttgart which did an excellent job in setting up the 4 blackjack tables and the infrastructure of the games. Particularly the food was praised! There were three initial rounds to establish the semi-finalists - who achieved 1.480 points on average. But even those who didn't make the final rounds hung around the tables to observe the game-play.
